TBillz the commercial product that offers complete solution to automate day to day operations carried on by distributors, retailers and other traders who deal bulk of products on sales and purchases. The software would keep track of current stock available on each product, analyzing the progress of sales of products by generating dynamic reports of various types like Overall sales during certain time period, product wise sales during selected time period, retailer wise sales during selected time period, sales return report for the particular item selected from the combo box that contains the name of the items returned so far and the stock report that displays information regarding opening and closing stock for every item with respect to both quantity wise and amount wise. Another important feature included with this billing software is maintaining financial accounts for day to day operations performed by the distributor.
The software has the following major modules to offer its services to its customers,
TBillz Sales helps the customer to create the bills that references each sale with the information including invoice no for each sale, area to which the customer belongs to, Name of the customer and address of the customer, the date of sale and a list of product details that are sold in that particular bill with the details such as name of the product, MRP of the current product selected, the rate that the distributor can offer a quantity of the product to the customer, total no of quantities and total amount for each product. The distributor is allowed to offer discounts to the customers who are frequently purchasing products from the distributor. Every time when a product is selected its availability stock information is displayed above the table. For each sale, the transaction has been entered in the Journal with respect to Cash and Sales account.
TBillz Purchases offer its services to the distributor to automate the process of purchasing various products from various manufacturers. The details that this module uses to manage the purchases are the invoice no of the bill from manufacturers, a list of products purchased with name of the product, the rate that manufacturer offered the product to the distributor, the total quantity of each product and total amount of each product. For each purchase, the transaction has been entered in the journal with respect to cash and purchases accounts.
TBillz Suppliers and Customers modules offer their services to manage the supplier information and customer information respectively. Supplier information is managed by keeping the Name of the supplier, supplier’s address and contact number. Customer information is managed by keeping the area (location) which the customer belongs to, customer name; address and the contact number in additional with the provision to edit their details.
TBillz Category module offers its services to manage the categories for products. Detail needed is simply the name of the category that the distributor operates the product.
TBillz Products module offer its services to manage the list of products and their details including the category under which the product is dealt, the name of the product, the price given by manufacturer to distributor for one quantity, the price of the product that distributor gives to the customers and the MRP price of the product. Distributor is provided with the option to modify the detail of the existing product in addition to the insertion of new product.
TBillz Sales Returns module offers its services to keep track of products returned by customers as sales returns. This software manages sales returns in two ways one is Bills Return and another one is Return by Damage. In Bills Return type, the product returned by the customer is added again to the stock and will be sold to another customer in another bill. In Damages Return type, the product returned by the customer is considered as the real sales return and the quantities returned are added up to the Returns data store of the software. The damaged products in turn returned to the manufacturer or it has been considered as the loss. For each sales return transaction, it is entered in the journal with respect to cash and sales return accounts.
TBillz Area module offer its services to manage the customers of the concern based on the area or location. This helps the distributors to analyze the sales based on the area on how the progress of sales of particular product on the area and analysis of how many customers are purchasing from each area.
TBillz Reports module offer its services to generate various reports based on sales with the help of user provided data. The various reports that are generated based on sales are,
Overall Sales Report offers its services to view the overall sales done during the particular time period given by distributor. The time period is specified by selecting two dates one to From date and another to specify To date.
Product Report offers its services to view the overall sales with respect to a particular product during certain time period specified by the distributor. The distributor needs to select the category under which the product he wishes to see the sales within the selected time period. The distributor is provided with the option to view the sale of all products under all categories. The details provided to the distributor with regards to sale are the name of the product, the number of quantities sold and the total amount earned from the sale of those products.
Retailer Report is generated to view the overall sales with respect to the retailer or customer. This report will be helpful to view the progress of sales with respect to particular customer during certain time period. The details fetched up to the distributor are Name of the customer, the invoice no through which the customer purchased the products and the total amount of that invoice, by taking the customer, the time period including From date and To date as inputs to generate the report.
Sales Return Report is generated to view the overall sales return of the products. This report will be helpful to view the number of quantities returned by the customer.

TBillz Printing Bill offers its services to view the details of particular invoice at a later time. The distributor can make the bills of any number and can take printouts of any number of bills at the particular instance of time.
TBillz View Purchase Details is used to allow the distributor to check back the information regarding purchases made by the distributor. The information can be retrieved by selecting the invoice number given by the manufacturer or other distributor from whom the products have been purchased.

Journal module is developed to automate day to day or daily business transactions with respect to financial accounting procedures. Every sales and purchase are entered as a transaction in Journal automatically when a new bill is made. Journal is designed to show the current day transactions. The transactions other than sales, purchases, sales return, are to be journalized manually by the provision made in the Journal user interface.
Ledger module is developed to categories the Journal entries in which those have same accounts name are brought under one place in the ledger. The difference between debit and credit totals can be calculated and the difference is carried on to trial balance either as debit or credit balances.
Trial Balance module is developed to help the distributor to view the progress of their business with respect to financial terms. From Trial Balance the distributor can know the total sales, purchases and other expenses, incomes with the result of total debit and total credit. The distributor can know the summary of accounts that involved in his business at the end of every financial year.
Final Accounts module is developed to view the summary of transactions that are carried out during the last one financial year under respective branches like Trading a/c debit or credit or Profit & Loss a/c debit or credit or under Balance sheet’s Assets or Liabilities.

TBillz Backup module helps the distributor to take backups of the business information so far maintained by the above said modules. The distributor is provided with the option to take backup of the database at any time. Apart from this every time when the software is closed backup has been taken and then the software is closed.
